I ordered an item and it was missing the allen wrench.Asked for a replacement allen wrench and the chinese **** sent 3 screws the wrench fits

Just received a pump bottle of Balistol I ordered from Amazon.
Came with a cut-here seal on the neck, a screw-on pump, and a screw-on cap. Cap came broken in two - top and ring of threads, as if someone had screwed it on something too tightly (I've done that to caps myself).
No way in #@!! the cap broke like that during shipment!
So, they packed a broke cap, not attached to anything? Why? It's not even like I need it.
