Echo trigger in a AR-10

This is just strictly curiosity here, Can it work? Because there is zero on the interwebs about someone doing it. I know there is some slight differences.

I've had one in a AR-15,AR-9, and AR-22 it was only fun in the .22. BTW it was a franklin. I think one in a AR-45 would be a blast but have yet to go that route

I’ve heard good things about the ar-9. And the 22. Yeah I agree wholeheartedly on that too, the 45 sounds like a blast. I have the echo in my go to ar15 and it’s a blast to shoot. Semi expensive but it eats almost anything and yet to have a jam or anything *knocks on wood*. But besides the cost of ammo I wanna see about a ar10 one. It looks like a handful of short range freedom
