My FIL was/is HA. Here's what I learned.... If you aren't HA you ain't **** and will be treated as such among a group of them. Respect is only shown to HA members and some other clubs, not all. They are the true 1% and have no problem reminding people if need be. They can and will be civil when need be but don't push your luck.
Aside from HA and one or two other clubs, I will usually flip them off as I fly past them at speeds their scooters only dream about.

To the OP, the guys you are referring to are called 1%'ers..They are called that because they are in the smallest penis club. Only 1% of men worldwide can boast the same inadequacies.
