you know, none of these people saying they will vote yes has any meaning unless ralston brings it to the floor and he has apparently said there isn't time this session...perhaps some of these calls and some of this heat needs to be on him to bring it to the floor...and he is up for re-election this year and has a challenger so this might be just the time

I'd reply back and say "Thanks for the response Rep Holmes. I interpret your response as though you intend to vote for passage of the bill. I will communicate that to fellow constituents. If that is an incorrect interpretation on my part please let me know. Thanks again". Blah, blah, blah.
