Online Store Sales (Covington)
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store
Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up
Keep close contact with management and maintain adequate store supplies
Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Manage speed of service results, controls inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service.
Successful candidates should be able to cite significant achievements, demonstrating their ability to handle all aspects of retail operational and merchandising management issues, from the delivery of stock to the store to the final sale of the product to the customer.
Create and implement online shop business plans
Communicate, execute, and work with team members who have been in charge of different e-marketing channels such as social media (facebook/twitter), or search engine optimization
Able to take good pictures.
Skills
Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs
Must be able to work unsupervised, Must be self-motivated, must be willing to take on new task!
Training work hours you will have to be flexible! Mostly evenings & weekend.
