Pretty sure these are 13 dollars at botach.com. Shady company but cheap prices on certain things.

Botach just got some in and the count started around 250 units when I bought 6 of the 31 rounders'. Paid less than $13 each for them, free forever 10 day shipping though. The count is down to 57.

That looks like a g26 mag, not a g18 mag.
