At how many posts do I become a "legitimate" ODT'er? I could learn an awful lot just by reading. My observation is that I see things at prices that at one time would have resulted in sales. I am disqualified as a "veteran" ODT'er since I am perpetuating the beating of a dead horse.

Everyone is not broke, we are just not paying high prices. Who here makes custom kydex anyway, it doesn't need to be perfect, just semipro quality.

On this, we agree. I just did the same for my son's birthday. It will be easy to come up with some stocking stuffers for Christmas.

My "fun" fund is now broke. Today I spent the last of my funds on AR parts to build one for my daughter. Prices are definaty dropping. Got a $100 barrel, $80 PSA lpk, $100 PSA premium bcg a/charging handle and a few $9 mags. All I need now is a lightweight Fortis rail, an optic and a muzzle break. It's going to be a Christmas present.

That is awesome dude. I have been thinking about doing a light weight build for my wife using the new BCM Enhanced light weight barrel and a KMR I have laying around. I have considered giving lowers for Christmas this year. They are so cheap at $35-$50 each but people don't think they are getting a cheap gift when they get a lower so it is a win-win.

I purchased some of the 6.99 PSA magazines with anti-tilt followers and they run great.Those should make great stocking stuffers! No harm intended from me man, but people have been crying about prices and guns not selling since I have been here. Mark it down enough and it will sell, but the price has to be right for me to drive to Canton!

Well, thank-you. I asked a simple question to see where people's thoughts were on the state of sales on the ODT and you finally answered.
It is not always "beating a dead horse" to re-ask a question. Times change, different people offer their views, sometimes you get a different or new answer to the same old question.
