Wife has a relative that's been living in her other house next-door. No monthly rent coming in for 14 years. Wife wants to evict said relative. Not sure what course of action is needed and what to take to the courthouse.

Good luck. Hope she has some documentation regarding tenancy and rent. Evicting someone can be far more difficult than it should be.

Good idea a lot folks around this area rent by week that way get around rental laws . Friend mine had trailer park bout 8 trailers that what he started doing that way could bypass renters laws.
