Eviction question.

Good idea a lot folks around this area rent by week that way get around rental laws . Friend mine had trailer park bout 8 trailers that what he started doing that way could bypass renters laws.

I have a friend that rents with a three month lease , and he requires first last and security deposit up front .

So if he wants to get rid of em he doesn’t have to wait long for the lease to expire

That was my initial thought. How do you evict someone that has been living there for free for 14 years? I am sure there is something you can do but it would have to be slick.

Heck if they allowed them live their 14 yrs may be hard get them out especially if they show where they done improvements to
The place etc etc.

yep. I had a rental house that the tenants stopped paying rent. I tried to evict them and the court sided with tenant (covid). Once they knew I wanted them out, They proceeded to trash the entire place. Ill spare everyone the graphic details but it gave me a full understanding of how ugly humans can be. I cut my losses and moved on from being a landlord.

Good luck—— you can never give something and expect to sell it to them later. Do you have any documentation of the original agreement
