This should have been handled weeks ago; not week ten. While I understand not having the money it sucks that people can now "back-out" because the team sucks or they just do not care......

I shouldn't have to tell grown people pay their dues. There was a message weeks ago and there's a message on the main page. If your dues are not in the team will be locked and the players will go back to the agent pool
Probably shouldn't let the players go back into the free agent pool. Then someone who has a higher waver priority could snag all the top players.
I am fine with you locking teams, but have a huge issue with releasing all of the players.

They will not auto release the teams, that is something that you would have to do manually since it changes everything.
You can lock the teams as they currently sit and you will have control over the rosters once it is locked.

Lock em out and if they are in the playoffs try to promote people that are not in.
