Got this little one on camera this morning. Latest I have ever seen. Mother must have been bred in March! Anyone else see coyote bait this late?

Yes. Seen one that size in Zebulon yesterday. Just running through a field close to the freshway market.
Dang that's little... I had read an article once that said that due to Ga's mild winters late fawns have a good survival rate. Thats leads to more late breeders and so on.
They used that to explain why the south doesn't have as intense of a rut but its more of a drawn out process.
Up north they have a smaller window to breed, late fawns dont make it and dont become late breeders themselves.

Seeing them all over the place at my lease.
Still seeing a lot of them with spots on camera where I hunt.
Saw one snuggled up to the Ac unit at my office on hwy 20 in Grayson yesterday morning. Must have been lost but I thought it weird to see spots this late
I've seen a few in the last couple o weeks.
I'm in west west Cobb co. Seen one with mother in my drive one morning last week
