A lot of the local processors will take them when you get all you need.they can’t sell the meat legally but can legally charge there processing fees.

Yep my local guy was $85 cube and grind last year- you looking at about 35-40 lb deboned meat + beef fat added on a mature doe.unless you blow both shoulders out.I seen up north they charging $120-$150

Put out one of the Grainiac blocks (weight 33lbs) yesterday. You can see why it doesn’t last but two days!!
