i think that itrader is running as an add on in vbulletin so it takes it a second to link to the user oncea post is made...but not 100%

i think this is set up to have an honest feedback system so 2 buddies can't keep leaving feedback for each other to bring their number up.

You can see total feedback left by clicking the number

it would be nice to see both like "Feedback Score : 35 by 29 members"
