It's because feedback is buried. It should be one of the links that shows up when you click on their name, like look at posts.
I shouldn't have to click the name, look at profile, then click on feedback. MAKE IT EASY!!!!!
Feedback is huge to me....i look thru whom i have left feedback for and if i have none from them, i pm and ask for it......i earned it.....we all do.
agreed, and ive done it a few times. I'm still short about 10 or so myself.
I have experienced at least 5 good deals where the other trader left no feedback. It is frustrating. I realize people are busy and can forget but it only takes a moment. Besides, if they sign on after I have left them feedback they have to see it and it is irritating if they cannot take the time to do the same. Feedback is important to the entire community. It was the first thing that really drew me to this place.
Last week I bought a rifle from a newbie here. First time I ever dealt with a brand new, 1 post guy and it turned out great. Very nice guy, right on time, reasonable price on his item, and it was something I really wanted. I mentioned feedback to him a couple times but did not press the issue. Long story short, he did not leave feedback and I did not really expect him to. No idea if he has signed on since but I think not. He already marked the item gone before we ever met. In a situation like this I can sort of understand. I left him his first feedback, a good feedback and encouraged him to frequent this site more often. This is an exception I can live with but unfortunately most of the ones that have failed to leave to leave feedback are guys with lots of time here and plenty of transactions. I bought some ammo from a very active member here about a month ago and he did not leave me any feedback. I would have given him much more future business but I will never buy from him again because of this. I will spend my money and trade with guys that understand respect and good business practices. If I have merited a good feedback and do not receive it, I will never do business with that person again.
Luckily most guys I have met here are excellent and understand the importance of the feedback. And I can honestly say that in my 40+ transactions I have only met great guys and men of their word. The thought of leaving a negative to any one of them never crossed my mind, but leaving a positive for every one of them, always.

I have found that very frustrating especially being a new member with no feedback as of now. I have made 3 deals so far and still no feedback even after leaving feedback and pming to ask if they will return the favor. It sucks that some people treat you differently just because you have no feedback but i guess i can't blame them. Im sure i will get my score eventually!
