Not being sarcastic or funny, but why would they need to re-zero a gun they’re planning to sell and of which the optic will be put on a different gun?

I kind of have to agree with OP; it’s kind of annoying and if you’re gonna sell the gun anyways, take 5 minutes to remove the optic

And if the gun doesn’t sell or you want to shoot it in the meantime?
I’ve listed rifles a few years ago that I still have and aren’t listed anymore. Listing an item doesn’t mean you have to sell it.

Since the gun is more than likely overpriced, and not going to sell, they are best served keeping the sight on, so they can use it.....not like they REALLY expect it to sell....these adds are REALLY just photo shoots.....

Which makes my point above moot, though I feel if they like the optic that much, they should throw it on the gun they want it on anyways.

sometimes the aggravation of dealing with some folks MAKE you want to just keep said weapon.
