No, it doesn't. Personally, I wouldn't sell a handgun to an 18 year old, but that's just me.
I think it just depends on the situation personally. I mean let’s say I sell a handgun to someone on here who is trusted and longtime trader. The gun is now his property even if I did the background check for it. (I keep my receipts and write my sell dates on them just incase) Anyways since the gun is now his property there’s nothing stopping him from giving it to his 18 year old kid or selling it to someone under 21. It’s not my business anymore as it’s not my gun anymore.
Atlanta is nothing but a cess pool for thugs and convicts. Won’t do any business there. I will stay local.
