Why would you let this go? You are only hurting the rest of us by doing that, if you had a price, location and time agreed upon via PM. It sucks that this happened to you, but do your part to reduce the chance of it happening to someone else.

Negative feedback for sure. Had a seller on here the other day that I pm'd with a full price offer and he never replied... after a week I checked his page and he hadn't even signed in since he posted it. I rescinded my offer and found another person to take my money. I wanted to give him negative feedback but didn't.

Maybe wait a day to see if he gets back to you apologizing profusely saying he had an extreme emergency but wants to reschedule and come to you this time. If he doesn't ever get back to you after your calls and texts today then def. negative feedback all the way on this one. If he had cancelled on you before you left work and didn't waste two hours of your time then I could see maybe letting it slide. But, since he had no regard for your time, def. give him negative feedback so others will know. Sucks for him to start off bad like that but it's his own fault. Uphill battle for that guy.

Negative Feedback is required if time/date/ location was set. I would think that date/location and "I'll call for exact time" in a PM would be good enough????
