Dark meat chicken, 9.5/10

Pork Ribs, 8/10

Beef Ribs, 6/10.

I got some rub from my local piggly Wiggly, melted butter and mixed in the rub and injected in the chicken. More rub on top. The pork ribs got spices brown mustard for a binder and the rub. Beef ribs, just the rub.

I missed on the beef ribs. My inexperienc, cheap meat, bad prep, and I didn't get it hot enough for lonh enough to do its thing.

Careful, it can become an addiction. I have a RecTec and have used over 1100# of pellets in 6 years.
