Never crossbow hunted before this season but had the chance to use a Barnett Jackal. Set up some Carbon Express bolts and Swhacker broad heads.30yards. Slight quarter to shot, got both lungs. Complete pass through, found the bolt in a pile of limbs. Ran about 50 yards through some thick stuff but had a great blood trail. Glad to have some early meat in the freezer and the monkey off my back. Sit back and wait on the big boy now.
