First day of archery.. Any luck?

Had a batchelor group of three toying around with the wind trying to figure me out.
They winded my bug spray .
I put a wet finger of bug spray or each of my ears before the hunt to keep skeeters out of my ears but couldn’t find my scent free stuff and had to use the cutter stuff that smells like Dolly Partons hair spray from 1981. Never again.
I could smell it myself when the wind blew.
Anyways the bucks were young but one was a small 8 point.

Is it archery season already? There were 14 in my yard last night, I don't think they got that memo or I coulda been sitting out on the deck with the crossbow and easily filled the freezer.
That's what you should've done. That would be my dream to hunt and never leave the house
My sister in law lives over in Del Webb on Lake Oconee. She sent my wife pictures of her backyard with a massive six pointer with three does following behind. I told her not to get to attached to it. Some bow hunter out there is bound to pick that buck soon.
