First Day Without Beer...

if you get yer ass off the sofa and go do stuff... you don't have to 'give up' anything

life is all about enjoying it man. Go for a walk around stone mountain, eat a cupcake, have a beer, go out back and play tag with your kids, tickle your wife, take the stairs.

all of that is life... even the chocolate chip pizza.

just don't hammer the whole thing by yourself. ;)

Once I had a scrip for what are known as Roxies. Kinda like Oxy but not quite as powerful and no buffer with them. And I'm not claiming to have an addictive personality but when the first 12 ran out I could've gotten a refill. But I told them no thanks. Because I REALLY liked them. And they went with beer like peanut butter goes with jelly. See,it's not that I wanna be buzzed all the time it's that I get all Rick James about it when I do. I can't get just a little bit high. I always fly right by the exit to Mellow Buzz and wind up lost in Blackoutville.

Now as I said, that has never been a regular on going thing. I got better sense than that. And my conscience won't let me spend money that way or do my family like that. But when I partake in liquor or recreational pharmaceuticals I tend to take it way too far. I don't get that way with beer. It's more of something to do or an evening activity. But I just decided that I can't let beer make me a sorry fat ass.

Crystal Light Fruit Punch flavor. Good stuff.

So you're juicing? I looked at doing that. But how many days are recommended? Sugar isn't a week spot for me. That's why I don't drink sodas. I just have to get out and get moving.

He recommends 3 to 5 day re-boot. Juice 3 times day . Then after that you can choose to fit your needs. After the re-bott we are juicing breakfast and lunch, eat good dinner 5 days a week. You can prep 2 days in advance and store in glass canning jars. Keeps you from prepping every night. It pays to get everything cleaned, prepped and staged befoer using the juicer. We use a Beville juicer from Bed, Bath and beyond. Around 80 dollars. good unit and easy to clean
