First time flying since early March 2020

I never have flown. Guess not enough arm strength.
Haven't been airborne in an airplane since 1970.
Way these accident investigations turn out I don't
plan on ever leaving the ground in an airplane again.
And that was before passengers had to be searched,
screened, profiled, and X-rayed to board a bus, I mean plane.

We were flying when all this wu flu **** started. Going to the airport and and being literally one of 20 cars in the entire south terminal parking was weird. 1 TSA agent. Walked right up and through security. Took less then 1 min. Got to the concourse and it was just me and my co worker. On the plane there was 5 of us. Pilot, co pilot, stewardess and us. They asked if had had flown before and how to use the emergency exit and that was it. It was definitely weird, like being in a movie with no one in the airport

Curious if there were blocked out/social distanced seats on the a/c?
Delta is blocking out all middle seats through April. My wife flew roundtrip to Orlando last week. Even with the middle seats blocked, they were well below capacity. Its a great time to fly if you got somewhere to go. Im sure not all routes are like this but being a big hub and that light, Id bet most routes are similar. There were 65 open seats on several flights last week...not including blocked middle row seats.

Just wait until you get in an automobile... at least an airplane has a professional behind the stick and someone doing regular maintenance.
