First time out with 3 new to me purchases.....

....with good results. My daughter and I went down to my nephews property near Shiloh today to shoot 3 new purchases.....a Mossberg 464 SPX that purists will hate, her Bersa Thunder .380 and my new Kahr CM9. After 100 rds the CM was still running like a champ and recoil is minimal despite its small size. This is my 5th Kahr, so I knew what to expect. My daughter ran 50 thru the Bersa with zero issues. At 25 feet she was nailing it! Next up was the 30/30. It's been many yrs since I've shot a 30/30 and was expecting more kick, but it was nothing like I remembered. I think we fired 20 of those. My daughter a very wide eyed, "I LIKE this" grin on her face after shooting it. All in all, a good day. Guns and spending time with one of my girls!
