Its a 308,I clean my flash holes but I don't turn or check my necks.Don't get me wrong this gun will shoot .5moa or better all day I just get that occasional flyer.I shoot federal match.lapua or hornady match brass.I just think I am missing something.

Sounds like time to start checking necks if you are already doing everything else. I was just hoping to help you narrow it down by checking the simple things first.
