The american eagle is still armor piercing on a 2a vest. It penetrated 4 inches out of fn5.7 but out of ps90 with 10.5 inch barrel it blew out the back and through next block like 20 inches or something . Might go through a higher strength vest not sure. But military arms channel did an awesome review on all of them. Check out the video
