for a change of pace..baddest car you ever owned, street legal

Friend of mine had a 280 that he shoehorned a sb350 into, thing was scary fast. When I was stationed in Kalifornia, I saw a 240 or 260 with a bb454 in it:shocked::censored: Damn straight!
We did several of those in our shop in Woodstock in the 80s actually a pretty easy install almost like the car was made for a v8.. There is a company in TX called jags that run who makes a kit, we never used a kit... now a Big block thats a whole nuther story..lol

1970 b110 Buick v6 wasn't bad ass but was fun...

1973 Grand Prix SJ - 455 balanced and blue printed running 580hp. Got 6 mpg in the city, 9 mpg on the highway...white with red leather bucket seats...the stuff you could do in that land boat...

1940 Chevy 2-door business coupe. 389 GTO motor, Muncie 4 speed trans, 8-1/2" Chrysler posi rear, rolled pans front and rear, frenched headlights and tail lights, '66 Thunderbird leather interior.... Had no brakes and was still primer grey when I got it in 1987. It wound up being parked in my driveway for a couple of years, always intended to finish the restoration, but wound up selling it when I ran into hard times. I sometimes wonder where that car is now.

This would be mine. It's the only car I've ever owned that was not the result of a logical decision. 1994 C4

I've owned many cars over the years. I was a flipper (NNOOOOO!) and often didnt keep them long. The two meanest that come to mind:

- 1968 Chevelle SS 396
- 1987 Buick Grand National
