Tapatalk is currently on version 1.13.5 and it has been out for quite a while. They are working on version 2 which is currently in beta testing (they're on the 6th beta). While you never know for sure it looks like version 2 should be out in the next month or so based on Tapatalk forum comments. They have announced that there will be no charge to upgrade for current paid users.

Update from the Tapatalk forum on Monday 4/9/12. "We will be releasing the app in next few hours, fixing few more bugs and final verification test."
