Ford Falcon

What kind of parts? Ive got a 302 out of a '68 fairlane and C4 trans. Both need rebuilt. Engine is already torn down. Have some other items too depending on what you're looking for.

65 Galaxies are nice cars, as are the Falcons.
To be honest I'd rather have a Falcon or Comet than a Galaxy. I dig the early models like 60 to 63. But then I love boxy two door cars. There's a nice 60 model on CL Macon right now for $12 large! Let's see now in 1960 that would have bought what, about three and a half of them?
It's sad that the old\ muscle car market is through the roof the way it is now.I blame Barret Jackson,The Speed Channel and stupid rich baby boomers. I was into ai cooled VWs in the 80s and 90s. But you can't even afford to restore one of those anymore. And my wife wants a VW microbus bad. I want a plain old Beetle or a Square back.( wagon) But they're all either out of reach or too far gone.

This car is my Brother-in -laws just tring to help get some parts up thanks for the responcess . now got to make a list of parts needed

CL-Athens has a few falcons listed lately which may be of interest to any Falcon fans.
A 1964 convert and a 70 1/2 station wagon. 70 1/2 was based on the B-body Torino
instead of smaller X-body. Minimum of trim, gray plastic grille, rubber mat instead of carpet.
Have seen some 70.5 Falcon 2 dr sedans before (3) but didn't know s/w was offered.
Only made 1/2 year, wasn't offered in '71.

I had a 1960 2dr Falcon in San Diego that I completely went through to include 1969 Chevelle Burghandy Poly enamel with a jar of pearl in it. The motor was a straight 6 170 with a 1 barrel carb and the original Fordomatic 2 speed tranny. The only automatic you could push start because it has front and rear pumps in the tranny. Some of the engine parts were labeled "tractor". I sold it when I was transferred. I bought mine at a wrecking yard for $300. A 289 is a tight fit and you have to do some cutting to get it in if I remember right. Good luck and post pics.
