I thought Ford got assistance before recession hit?

They are all like politicians, not much difference in them all
I personally would steer clear of any ford with the three valve v8. It can be a nightmare for an owner if it's not maintained properly. The Tahoe with the 5.3 or 4.8 are great, more than enough power, they handle and ride great.

That's tough. I have a Suburban and a F250 diesel 4x4 and I love them both for different reasons. Something to think about- You can't put too much in a tahoe. I can put 4x8 sheets of plywood(not that I do this often) in the suburban and loads of stuff in the long bed of my truck. If those were my only choices, I'd go with the F150. It has the same amount of interior space as the tahoe(Unless you have dwarfs that can ride in that ridiculous third row. Mine's in the basement) and you can still have a truck bed for well, truck stuff. I'd rather have a Z71 Suburban or a F250 crew cab diesel 4x4!!! Good luck!!
