Went to reply on an ad and I guess op had disabled comments. Problem is under "posting permissions" it says I may reply to the thread but when I do it kicks it out saying insufficient privileges.
Basically, comments are disabled but posting permissions still allow a reply, then it kicks back saying "no no no not in Okuma Steve's house!
