You're probably thinking of Lot and his daughters. Lot and his daughters left the destruction of Sodom, and they thought they were the only living people on the earth. The daughters (and NOT lot) thought that they needed to have children to repopulate the earth. They got Lot drunk, and had sex with him so that they could have children.
