Gun shop on Spenard across from REI (by Mad Hatter) used to have good prices on guns and ammo. (They had a second location on Dimond by south Village Inn)
Another good place is on Muldoon, Ammo King, by Bojangles, right before you hit Glenn hughway.
Thanks for the heads up. I got a bunch of 115gr from sportsmans warehouse when it went on sale $10 a box, but only one shop I've visited so far had 147gr for like $17 a box... No thanks.
Dude! I try to give those guys business but they wanted $1,000 for a CZ scorpion! They are proud of their selection.
GNG was a good place to look (at older guns), but not to buy. I have no idea how they stay in business. I have not veen there in 10 years and never missed them.
Another decent place was on Northern lights across the street from Carrs at Sears mall. It was in the corner of the strip mall. Tiny, but had good prices, and had ammo by the case.

Why is everyone freaking out about this? Same prices you get other places on the net when you buy a brand that isn't known for blowing up guns.
