I've said this before, but I'll say it again:
There's a special place in hell for people who drop animals off down a road to abandom them.

Thanks for taking care of these two dogs!

I think the special hell is reserved for those that tie a dog to a tree or kept in enclosure for their whole lives, while i disagree with dumping animals, this was probably the most humane thing the idiot could have done.

Thank you for taking care of a stray instead of looking the other way.
