freezer fillin 12/22

i had to drag them by myself, up a hill that that i could barely walk up, dragging em this way kept their antlers from completely scraping the ground the whole way. it wasnt easy. I almost had to use 2 straps. one for an anchor to pull for me, and the other from me to the deer. and yes i did it 1 at a time lol
Congrats. Put a red nose on one of them and then parade them around the neighborhood and tell the kids you killed Rudolph.

Ive processed before i dont have the space time or back. Had em both to cranes within 1 hour. Euro mounts for both, butterflied filets, tenderloin, ground and cubed steak for each ! Im allready dreaming of the chili im going to make !! Cranes has done all my euro mounts and im happy with them, the box of meat is wrapped super nice and clean. The one i processed turned into quarters. Ive got a leg in the freezer i need to thaw out and cook to make room ! Maybe thaw, seperate into 2 pieces at the knee and make stew. Yummm
