Friend Sold firearms, now guy wants his money back!?!?

Amazing and like has been said, sounds like buyer's remorse. Of course, I've met plenty of people who own an AR and have no earthly clue how to break it down...GREAT design... lol

I sold an iPhone to a guy several years back, and while we were in the parking lot, he put his SIM chip and and made a test phone call with it. I specifically told him not to go hack it and call me afterwards...sure enough, 30 minutes later he called to say he had bricked the phone. I told him I'd be glad to take a look for $150 / hour. Never heard back.

As others have said, he paid panic prices and Mommy found out and he's in deep doo-doo. While I have given a few folks refunds when they were really deserving, it sure ain't because their wife is pissed...

Deal closed, no guarantees were made, either expressed or implied. Any issues with the gun should be addressed to the manufacturer.

This. I would probably offer to meet to check it out to see if something was goobered-up. Otherwise, seek the manufacturer for warranty repair unless it was a home-build.

Thats why write as is on the bill of sell right next to were you sign it. tell him to send it to the manufacture. Its more likely just a feed prob with the mags.

I'm sure the jurors of the peoples court at GA packing would have the same opinion as the jury has here. Next day, maybe but not after two weeks. I think the buyer listens to Clark Howard too much.
