Never shot one. Nor a binary. Are they worth a ****? Any better than the other? I feel like I hear about more problems with them than they would be worth. Any advice appreciated. Was getting ready to order another Geissele and just got to wondering. TIA.

Im my expierence there are 2 things with the FRTs.

One is the buffer and spring weight combo has to be just right.

The second is hard to define but basically the amount of pressure you apply to the trigger is what allows it to force reset through an entire mag. Too much pressure and it stays depressed to the rear, to light and you won’t trip the disconnector.

If you play with it enough you’ll get a “feel” for it

I also have Franklin binary in 5.7 banshee …. Functions perfect …… it’ll roll thru some $ quick …. But a blast to shoot!

No issues with my FRT. just use a heavier buffer weight to send the bolt home and you should be fine.
