FS 2 boxes of deer antlers

isn't it illegal to sale anything like this? I don't care but would hate to see you get in trouble.

Only illegal to sell the meat, hide and antlers are ok to sell. I have about twice that many in wicker basket( wife saves all antlers lol)

I know he is a processor, but if it is wild animals and not farm raised it is illegal to sell any parts of them. It is illegal to sell unclaimed meat, racks, hides etc.. This true of bears specially, but it is true of deer as well. If he traded for something, then no law is broken. I might be wrong, but I tend to avoid grey areas with regards to questionable legality.

Where deer are concerned, its only illegal to sell the meat. Processors can sell unclaimed meat for the cost of processing, not by the pound. Antlers and hides can be sold.
