Dinette folds to double bed as does the sofa. Only the queen bed has ever been used. Kitchen has stove with oven, microwave, double door fridge/freezer. Large double sink. Ducted heat and cold A/C. Bath has full tub surround shower. Flat screen tv and factory built in surround sound with dvr player. Mini blinds through out. Roof was replaced 2 years ago. New tires comes with a spare. Why did you replace the roof?

There was a leak in the front corner of the trailer and the cost to repair was the same as replacing the rubber membrane. 2 pieces of wood decking and 2 joist where also replaced. The roof was professionally done by Deitz Camper Repair 2 years ago.
