And what drives me crazy about it all is they only hold 10 rounds,aside from New York you can have 10 rounds pretty much anywhere else so why are folks buying them up. 19s and 17s I can see (kinda, still think its dumb) but a 26? Really?

Yeah, doesn't it drive you crazy that AR's are showing up everywhere but AO? Something is really strange. Ordered a Colt on December 20, been at top of the list for 2 months. Seems odd that someone doing that kind of volume wouldn't have gotten those in yet. Maybe they are using Brownell's order system?

I have called often checking on the status..been told I was # 53 then 45, 28, 9, then back to 53..went to store 1.5 hours away from me and was told they have got some in and they will call me when mine shows. I am going to talk with the manager.Will probably just get a refund and go elsewhere. Never to return again.

I love AO. Its like gun wal-mart. I dont go looking for expert advice, I go looking for a gun, and its usually there. If I wanted intelligent conversation, Id sit in a dark room alone.

I received my refund today, just could not let them hold my $$$ without them being able to give me some kind of idea when to expect my AR. On top of it all, I was told that the price I ordered it at and paid was not guaranteed to be the price I would pay once it arrived.

It's nuts. I'm good on AR's right now, but figured I'd stick it out. I keep thinking I want to punt also and just go somewhere else, but for whatever reason I haven't done that yet. Other irritating AO issues.....don't answer their phones, won't return emails, grossly markup non-guns (PMAG prices are stupid), make smug comments on Facebook (spend that damn time answering the phones). I grow to hate AO more and more every day, and I have probably bought 10 guns from them over 15 years. I hate Wal-Mart also and haven't been in one of those in at least 5 years, I'm thinking AO is about there and I'll just go to real gun stores like AR Bunker or Clyde's.....I don't care if AO is 5 minutes from my house they can KMA.
