Anderson Manufacturing lower receiver built using a Palmetto State Armory lower parts kit and a UTG milspec stock assembly kit. Upper is a PTAC 16" 1:7 twist carbine length m4 bbl. Yes, the upper does have a forward assist and a dust cover. I have added a black rear magpul mbus flip sight. No magazine is included with the rifle.
Parts have been assembled to make a functioning rifle but it has not been shot. I should have the original box that the upper came in in the attic. Very nice budget friendly build.
My ability to travel is limited so local pickup in Athens is preferred. Cash at pickup will be checked with a counterfeit detection pin. For buyers who are unable to make it down here I will happily ship it to your receiving FFL dealer for free pending receipt of a USPS money order or other certified bank check that can be verified at a local branch.
I do not require a BOS but will happily fill one out for the buyer if they so wish. I will furnish you any information that you furnish me within reason. If you would like this please inform me ahead of time as pulling one out at the last minute seems mildly insulting. I will ask to see your GA DL upon meeting to insure you are in in state resident.
