Yes and its fairly outdated, old Kevlar loses its ballistic capabilities as it ages. I wonder what the MFG date is on this stuff.

I did not know this :-( manufactured in 2004, no good anymore huh?

It does not expire. Just becomes less effective the more it ages. I think the military puts a 3 year shelf life on em before there fased out for new. Trama plates never go bad. I used for safety there perfectly fine. If your betting your life on it, buy new.
