damn. wanted one of these and couldn't find it. wound up with the 300 mag instead. 338 versions are a lot harder to find.

ive allways liked them but been reluctant getting an auto in long action ive known guys with the 308s and those where great but heard of jam issues out of the long actions. He at least does state this one seems reliable and that is good because its not every gun that does that.

the people who have jam issues usually are the people who never clean their guns. I've hunted with autos for 40 years and as long as I do my part, they do theirs. one of the worst things to come out of smokeless and non-corrosive ammo is that people don't fully clean their guns when they get home. cowboys broke them down every night because they HAD to work when they needed them.
