Do the numbers match on the barrel, bolt, floor plate and receiver?
I'm not sure about your question. I've never seen a serial number on any part other than the receiver on a Model of 1917 U.S. rifle. The barrel date is contemporary with the date of the receiver's serial number but there wouldn't be numbers on any other parts on this rifle save an assemblers' ID (maybe, on some Winchester made rifles' stocks).

Forgive my ignorance on the rifle. I’ve owned several milsurp rifles from the UK, Russia and Germany. I’ve never owned a U.S. service rifle. I was unaware that all parts didn’t have serial numbers.

No worries. The U.K. version of this rifle (Pattern 14 in .303 British) does sometimes have a number match on receiver and bolt handle.
