Item Description: Cleaning out/up around my in-laws house after my wife’s dad passed and her mom was moved to assisted living. Everything must go in order to sell the house. Some furniture items left, some household items left, two 40’ shipping containers full of items (they are both spoken for). Anything from scrap metal, roofing metal, old tractor implements (not the 3-point hitch design), hundreds of jars of hardware like nuts, bolts, washers, etc., tool boxes, tools, camping supply dealership inventory parts, ladders, yard tools, holiday decorations, two sets of China, an antique (German clock) and lots more. Most items are not priced. You make a pile or load your truck and trailer, then make me an offer based on what you know you got. Set your own price kind of deal. Just need to get rid of all this stuff.

I wish you luck. We went through the same type ordeal last year when my wife moved her mother and FIL to assisted living. There was so much stuff.
We was given some advice and a few phone numbers from one of her friends that did it and hired a service that comes in and sells everything. I mean EVERYTHING. They take a reasonable cut and give you the rest.
We got what we wanted and sold the rest.
Definately worth the headache relief.

Thanks. We’ve sold most of the furniture and house goods. The rest is mostly outside stuff. In the end it has to go too for the house to go up for sale.

Yep. Looks like some good useful stuff for a contractor or someone like. I see a lot of new stuff too….did he do some type of RV service/sales work ?

He owned an RV parts company and also sold things like the two truck bed-liners.
