Those, or at least the one you are holding look like reloads. That one has a CCI primer, LC doesn't use those primers.

Please confirm the manufacture of these. If they are reloads, what powder and charge? What velocity did they chronograph ?

Edit: also looks like the crimp has been removes which would indicate they are 100% reloads. Can you confirm this?

I was thinking the same thing, and the crimp is missing from an original LC case. My guess is also reloads from somewhere that used Hornady HP bullets. Would like to know the load data as well

The label on the ammo can says lake city, ill post a pic when i get home if need be..

Here you go, found this posted yesterday..

From me:
To whom it may concern,
I recently noticed inspecting some bulk Lake City stamped ammunition the primer pocket had a four point crimp as opposed to the round crimp that i have seen in the past. I was curious, Is this due to a change in the manufacturing process (new machine?), or is this ammunition made to a different specification?

Any information you could provide would be helpful.

From ATK

Good afternoon sir;

As to your question on the crimp; we are currently using this newly configured crimp; as well as the older “circular” crimp. Both will continue in production for the foreseeable future. Both satisfy the functional requirements, and there should be no difference in performance of the cases.
