Item Description: 1940 German Mauser 98 (K) maybe not sure it is a little ruff but i got 200 yards at my house and it can kill some coke cans barrel has a some corrosion tried keeping it clean best i could but all round not bad
looking guns anything just let me know would like i xd 9mm

That is indeed a K98k. There should be a year and manufacturer code at the center on the raised part of the chamber directly forward of the bolt opening. This will tell you which company made your rifle, which may be helpful to someone who's interested in the rifle.
