Item Description: 1947 Higgins pop up tent trailer, I’ve done a lot of work to it within the last year but just don’t have time to finish it. Very cool vintage camper.
Not much to it but I’ve replaced about everything.
Has mostly new hinges (a few were fine to leave)
New 2000k axle and hubs
New NDT tires
New wiring harness and tail lights (all work)
Very light, aluminum construction. Can tow behind anything. I’ve pulled over an hour how it is with no issues
Needs the canvas redone, not sure pat seller said it needs to be redone, I haven’t looked too much into it yet
Also needs 1 support for the doors when they open. Should be able to be made pretty easy, have the other 3 for reference
Could use some more hardware replaced but it’s easy work. Let me know if you have any questions. Currently registered in GA.
