You have got to be kidding me. First person to post "I'll take it in the thread rules the day" Who's rules are these. 99.9% of the time I don't ever post anything in the thread on guns I buy....I just send a PM.
When I am selling, the first "i'll take it" doesn't always get it either. If somebody says they will take it, and they are 100 miles away and they can't meet for a few days, and before I confirm with them that we have a deal, somebody else closer says they will take it and they can get me the money sooner, then I deal with the guy who can get me the money sooner.
Nothing trumps anything until the seller and purchaser agree on terms of price and delivery. Silly elementary school rules of "I saw it first" mean nothing in the real world.
