Item Description: Selling my 75 ga reverse flow offset smoker, I built this smoker myself, start to finish. I have pics from the first day, till the day I finished.
Everything was sand blasted and coated with a high heat industrial coating in GA BLACK AND RED. Tank is a 1954 boiler tank 1/4" thick. Fire box and reverse flow plate is also 1/4" thick. No cut corners on this build. I used it 3 times and realized I enjoy building them more than cooking on them.
Tongue can be unbolted to prevent theft
Cooks really great, easy to control temp
