Item Description: The Ejercito Argentino .45 is a 1911 style pistol that is completely interchangeable. This weapon, based on the serial number was produced in 1948 in Argentino. by DGFM (FMAP) All inscriptions are in Spanish. Please google this weapon for its history. I've seen this weapon on Gunbroker for 600-650 range. However, this particular weapon has been re-blued, has aftermarket Hogue wrap-around grips, and an aftermarket magazine. When I bought this weapon several years ago, the finish was horrible, the grips broken, and the grip screw holes were stripped, hence the work. Gun fires great with no FTF on a variety of ammuntion.
